FleetEye Road Transport Directive (Working Time Directive)
The introduction of the new Working time regulations for the road transport sector ( WTD) requires fleet operators to be responsible for the average weekly hours and maximum hours of there employees. Additionally a rolling reference period over 17 weeks must be recorded and monitored. This information must be held for 2 years.
FleetEye reports have been specifically designed to work in conjunction with driver ID utilising an RFID tag and Reader or the in cab Mobile Data Terminal.
The Weekly Time Sheet Report shows time sensitive driver information. This is achieved by collating the Start and End time, Daily Spread and Rest Hours, Driving Hours, Periods of Availability and Distance Travelled. This information is delivered in a simple format detailing average working hours for the week. Additionally a further report will give you the average hours per week over the mandatory 17 week rolling Reference Period, with violations highlighted by colour code.
All this is available on fully exportable reports.
